Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, GenzArchive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
